The Support Lounge is dedicated to keeping websites running.
Websites are typically built by a development agency and run from a datacentre.
Neither will usually support the website application for you. Even if they offer to, they either won't have the necessary sysadmin or coding skills or they won't have the 24x7 support resource and reactions of a dedicated support company.
The Support Lounge grew from conversations that the directors had around exactly this point: we were all building websites for people who could not find appropriate quality, post-launch support.
So we decided to offer it ourselves.
